Thanks to Roberta Warshaw I
heard about Carla Sonheim's gelli plate
workshop and have enjoyed working through it this week.
I learned a good deal
and would certainly recommend it. Here is some of the work in progress and a
few prints that have been worked on.
She makes the point that only a few prints
out of a batch will be ‘almost’ completely satisfying and stresses the fun part
of the process.

Thank you so much Jackie for giving me a shout out like that! I am so glad that you enjoyed her class. Your prints are lovely! I especially like the one with the trees.
ReplyDeleteThank you Roberta, I hope people enjoy finding your work.
DeleteI bought a gelli printing plate a long time ago and still haven't given it a try. What a disaster. Now your work urges me to begin already. Great prints!
ReplyDeleteI loved that class! And I love what you've done here.
ReplyDeleteLovely results, Carla's class is great. Your article in CPS is very good, inspirational.
