Here are a few pictures of some of the work I did at a couple of the taster days at City Lit recently and one from my local drawing class. I always resolve to draw more but seldom fulfill my resolution.

 We had two models for the whole day which was a treat. The last thing I did was try to correct his eye, as you see it did not work!

Stencil/Collage

 Here are some pictures of Stencilling in black and white after watching Jane Davies video: then taking the papers into ipad apps and collage.

 This is an interesting group project and I am doing it with my day centre group; be aware that the foam rollers use a lot of paint.

 I had a lovely birthday this year , remembered by more people than usual, and the gift of some unusual jewellery made by MIRTH'S BUBBLE. It is particularly special to receive something handmade.

'New' tools.

I'm trying very hard to throw things away, expecially packaging, but this broken salad spinner was just sitting on the side before it found the right rubbish bag. Whilst waiting for my morning cuppa to brew  I decided to have a go at cutting it up. 

With the help of a stanley knife I managed to take it apart and the result was a few new tools to use for printing, especially using the gelli plate.
